What will you be doing?

As a Web Analyst, you’ll be responsible for collecting, analysing and interpreting digital data to help clients make smarter business decisions and improve their online performance.

Your responsibilities include:

• Translating business objectives into effective measurement strategies.
• Analysing customer behaviour and identifying optimisation opportunities.
• Creating measurement plans and defining KPIs for websites and mobile apps.
• Implementing and managing tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and similar platforms.
• Configuring events, conversions and data layers.
• Setting up and maintaining Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
• Building interactive dashboards and reports in Looker Studio or comparable BI tools.
• Working closely with developers to ensure accurate tracking implementations.
• Advising clients and internal stakeholders on data-driven improvements.
• Contributing to innovative solutions around privacy, first-party data and cookieless measurement.

Who are you?

You’re analytical, curious and enjoy solving technical challenges. At the same time, you’re able to communicate complex insights in a clear and understandable way for both technical and non-technical audiences.

You’ll also bring:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Web Analyst, Digital Analyst or in a similar analytics role.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience creating measurement plans and configuring events and conversions.
• Experience building dashboards in Looker Studio or similar reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms and combining multiple data sources.
• Interest in privacy regulations, first-party data and cookieless tracking.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with BigQuery, SQL and/or JavaScript is considered a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or Dutch.
