As a Senior SEA Specialist, you’ll work with large international marketing budgets of up to €5 million per year, where paid media plays a key role in overall revenue growth. The focus is firmly on performance marketing, with a channel mix of approximately 80% Google Ads and 20% Meta Ads. This gives you direct influence on growth, market share and international scale.

You’ll collaborate with a team of driven specialists who constantly challenge each other to improve. What will you do?

As Senior SEA Specialist, you’ll take ownership of paid advertising performance across multiple international markets. You translate commercial goals into scalable, profitable campaigns and know exactly where to optimise for maximum return.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing, optimising and scaling international Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).

  • Running and optimising Meta Ads as a complementary performance channel.

  • Managing large media budgets and continuously improving ROAS, CPA and revenue.

  • Setting up A/B tests, advanced bidding strategies and smart audience structures.

  • Analysing performance data and turning insights into concrete actions.

  • Collaborating closely with CRO, analytics, SEO and product teams.

  • Contributing to international growth strategies and market expansion.

This role goes beyond optimisation — you help shape the direction of paid media within a large-scale e-commerce environment.


Who are you?

You’re an experienced SEA professional who enjoys scale, complexity and responsibility. You think strategically, work data-driven and take full ownership of results.

You bring:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in SEA within e-commerce or performance-driven environments.

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and solid experience with Meta Ads.

  • Experience with multi-country and multi-language campaigns (strong plus).

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into decisions.

  • A proactive, structured way of working — even with large budgets.

  • Fluency in English and comfort working in an international setting.
