Do you excel at turning data into strategic direction and measurable growth? For one of our clients, we’re looking for a Senior Business & Performance Analyst who plays a key role in driving international growth through data-driven insights, forecasting and performance analysis.

What will you do?

As a Senior Business & Performance Analyst, you act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders. Your responsibilities include:

• Analysing commercial and operational performance (revenue, margins, CAC, CLV, funnels)

• Building and improving dashboards, KPI frameworks and data models

• Identifying growth opportunities across marketing, sales and operations

• Creating forecasts, scenario analyses and business cases

• Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights

• Contributing to the continued development of data & BI maturity within the organisation

You’ll have a high level of autonomy and ownership in shaping analyses and tooling.

Who are you?

You’re analytically strong, commercially minded and confident working with senior stakeholders.

• 5+ years of experience in business analytics, BI or performance-focused roles

• Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar)

• Experience with data modelling and dashboarding

• Able to clearly communicate insights to non-technical audiences

• Proactive, critical thinker with a strategic mindset

• Experience with Python, forecasting or advanced analytics is a plus
